Job summary

RedDoorz is looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to support learning programs for the Core Business, with a focus on the Business Development team. You will design, deliver, and refine onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs to elevate sales performance and productivity.

You will assess competency levels, work with People Development to update modules, and oversee probation and OJT initiatives across Indonesia, with a willingness to travel for field training in Jakarta and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related major.
• Interest in Sales or Business Training, Learning & Development.
• Strong interest in the sales, hospitality, and business development industries.
• Self-starter, proactive, and have high initiative in completing tasks.
• Capable of managing administrative work neatly and meticulously.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to work WFO (Work From Office) in Jakarta and be assigned across Indonesia for field training.
