Job summary

Somethinc - BeautyHaul in Makassar is seeking a Marketing / Brand Activation professional to plan and execute trade marketing strategies, develop in-store activation plans, and support new product launches to boost brand visibility.

You will manage relationships with external vendors and coordinate with Area Sales Supervisors, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills, a bachelor’s degree, and at least one year of relevant experience; ready to join immediately in Makassar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing/Brand Activation/Event Organizer or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to join immediately and be located in Makassar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales team.
• Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with brand strategy and drive sales.
• Plan and execute activities for new product launches and increase brand visibility.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandising.
• Manage and build relationships with external vendors, community groups, public institutions, etc.
• Work closely with and coordinate with Area Sales Supervisor.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Min. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fields
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skill
• Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals
• Can join immediately would be a plus
• Willing to be located in Makassar.
