PT Jababeka Tbk is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead tourism programs at Tanjung Lesung, designing market-aligned itineraries and compelling packages. You will identify new source markets, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive visits and revenue.

The role requires strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills, plus experience in travel industry business development and cost modeling.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in Travel, Tour Operator, Destination Management Company (DMC), Tourism, Hospitality, or related industries is required.

Aufgaben

• Develop programs, tour packages, and marketing activities to increase tourist visits to Tanjung Lesung.
• Identify and develop potential source markets from individual, group, corporate, school/university, community, incentive travel, and other tourism segments.
• Build and develop partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, OTA, DMC, corporate partners, communities, educational institutions, and other strategic partners.
• Design attractive Tanjung Lesung itineraries and tour packages aligned with market needs and trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify tourism trends, target markets, and product development opportunities.
• Calculate costs, pricing, and margin analysis to ensure competitive and profitable tour packages.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with hotels, transport providers, attraction providers, F&B, and other tourism vendors.
• Develop prospect and potential partner databases actively and conduct outreach to create new visit and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop campaigns, promotional programs, sales tools, and marketing materials.
• Monitor program effectiveness based on leads, partnerships, bookings, visitor conversion, revenue, and program results.
