Job summary

PT. Jabal Tour International is seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to build and manage partnerships for Umroh package sales. You will identify corporate partners, arrange meetings, and negotiate agreements to drive growth.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years in B2B sales, an extensive professional network, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel for meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1/D3 education qualification in any field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach potential B2B partners (corporations, communities, foundations, placement agencies) for Umroh package sales.
• Arrange business meetings, deliver presentations of Umroh package offerings, and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and repeat orders/quota increases.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor Umroh B2B market trends, competitor strategies, and specific needs of group/corporate pilgrims.
• Prepare regular reports on prospect activities, sales pipeline, and sales projections to management.
