Job summary

Sailun Tire Indonesia is seeking an experienced operations and sales-oriented professional to manage new customer registrations, orders, and forecasting. You will coordinate with headquarters on production schedules and shipments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or channel management in tires or related industries, plus strong leadership and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management in tire/automotive/mining industries.
• Experience handling dealer networks, distributors, and key accounts across regions.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, market development, pricing, and business planning.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and expand market presence.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and market monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer registration including customer code, insurance, and credit application.
• Collect customer orders from the sales team and prepare purchase orders for suppliers.
• Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans; coordinate orders with headquarters.
• Communicate production scheduling, shipment progress, and delivery timelines with HQ.
• Monitor order fulfillment and urgent/special orders for timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory accuracy with data checks and regular stock audits.
• Handle supplier invoice review, payment application, and customs clearance for imported goods.
• Prepare forecast and shipment reports and maintain operational data.
• Support internal departments and perform other tasks as needed.
