Job summary

Bridgestone Tire Indonesia seeks a seasoned Training Manager to design and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. You will lead TNA, capability roadmaps, and certification programs across the network.

With 8–10 years in Training or Sales development, you will guide a cross-functional team, drive modernization in sales, digital skills, EV, AI, and customer experience, and measure outcomes to raise service quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Engineering, Education, or related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience, with 3–5 years in Training, Capability, Sales, or Retail Development.
• Experience in automotive, tire, FMCG, retail, dealership, distribution, or B2B sales preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify current & future capability requirements.
• Build capability roadmaps and annual training plans across customer segments.
• Lead curriculum, module, learning pathway, and certification development.
• Drive training modernization covering sales excellence, digital skills, EV, AI, customer experience, and future mobility.
• Manage end-to-end training operations, including calendar, facilitators, partners, and learning delivery.
• Ensure effective delivery through classroom, online, blended learning, and webinars.
• Establish training evaluation and impact measurement to track learning and business outcomes.
• Analyze training data and drive continuous improvement in capability, service quality, customer experience, and sales performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Training team while fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
