Job summary

PT. Sailun Tire Indonesia is seeking a junior-level channel marketing professional to support full-cycle channel marketing work in Jakarta. You will help plan follow-ups, monitor stores, coordinate promotions and report on performance while collaborating across Sales and Creative teams.

Your role involves field visits, data consolidation in Excel, and timely communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English. This on-site role is based in North Jakarta (PIK) and offers growth within a global tire

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years working experience in channel management / channel marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree, major is not limited.
• Good data consolidation capability, proficient in Excel; result oriented with strong cross team communication.
• Willing to take field visits for store inspection and channel activity support.
• Native level fluent Bahasa Indonesia; competent in English for work related communication.
• Outgoing, positive minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to WFO at PIK - North Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Support channel marketing plan execution, consolidate monthly rolling materials and track project milestones.
• Assist SCS STS & sign board store projects: track progress, conduct site checks, sort documents and complete joint acceptance with Sales team.
• Gather feedback from channels and dealers, prepare activity briefs, monitor execution and compile post activity performance reports.
• Assist store inspection covering image, display and marketing materials; follow up improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, marketing material and creative teams; prepare regular tracking reports and elevate risks in timely manner.
• Finish other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
• Consolidate monthly Distributor Performance and Retail Performance data.
• Collect, Consolidate & Calculate Distributor and Retailer Sales Program Performance.
