PT META INERTIA INDONESIA seeks a TikTok Affiliate Growth Lead to grow its affiliate creator ecosystem and improve productivity. You will translate data into clear actions, recruit high-potential creators, and scale winning content and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Branding, Live, and Project teams to convert creator activity into sustainable business growth, working from our Jakarta area operations and building influence across Southeast Asia.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator/KOL Marketing, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok affiliate creators and campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

We are looking for a TikTok Affiliate Growth Lead to drive the growth and performance of our affiliate creator ecosystem.

This role goes beyond creator recruitment and campaign execution. You will be responsible for developing high-potential creators, improving creator productivity, identifying scalable growth opportunities, and using data to continuously increase Affiliate GMV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator growth plans aligned with monthly Affiliate GMV targets.
• Identify key growth opportunities across creators, products, content, campaigns, and promotional periods.
• Translate affiliate performance data into clear actions and priorities.
• Segment creators based on GMV, activity, conversion, content performance, and growth potential.
• Improve creator activation from recruitment to first content, first order, and repeat contribution.
• Monitor the creator funnel and identify bottlenecks affecting activation and productivity.
• Monitor Affiliate GMV, active creators, creator productivity, conversion, content output, and creator concentration.
• Analyze creator and campaign performance using TikTok Affiliate Center and other analytical tools.
• Develop plans to scale winning creators, products, and affiliate content.
• Work closely with Branding, Live, and Project teams to turn creator activity into sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator/KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, TikTok E-commerce, or related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok affiliate creators and campaigns & strong understanding of the TikTok Affiliate ecosystem and TikTok Affiliate Center.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Working proficiency in English is MANDATORY.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools for creator research, analysis, reporting, campaign planning, and productivity.
