PT META INERTIA INDONESIA seeks a TikTok Affiliate Growth Lead to grow its affiliate creator ecosystem and improve productivity. You will translate data into clear actions, recruit high-potential creators, and scale winning content and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Branding, Live, and Project teams to convert creator activity into sustainable business growth, working from our Jakarta area operations and building influence across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator/KOL Marketing, or related fields.
Hands-on experience managing TikTok affiliate creators and campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute creator growth plans aligned with monthly Affiliate GMV targets.
Identify growth opportunities across creators, products, content, campaigns, and promotions.
Translate performance data into actionable priorities.
Segment creators by GMV, activity, conversion, content, and growth potential.
Improve activation from recruitment to first content, first order, and repeat contributions.
Monitor the creator funnel and bottlenecks affecting activation and productivity.
Track Affiliate GMV, active creators, productivity, conversion, and content output.
Analyze performance using TikTok Affiliate Center and other analytics tools.
Scale winning creators, products, and affiliate content.
Collaborate with Branding, Live, and Project teams to drive sustainable growth.
