Job summary

Intrepid Asia seeks an Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate program, with a focus on Shopee & TikTok Shop. You will build relationships with affiliates, optimize campaigns, and ensure KPI targets are met while aligning with brand objectives.

You will collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creators, plan promotions for major events, and stay ahead of platform trends to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Shopee & TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaign mechanics.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics and drive strategy.
• Basic knowledge of online sales funnels and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program on Shopee & TikTok Shop from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Build a strategic plan to optimize affiliate business.
• Nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers.
• Coordinate with content creators and stakeholders to align brand messaging with campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and report ROI and sales growth.
• Negotiate commissions and incentives to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on platform trends and competitive landscape.
