PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is seeking an experienced TAP Manager to lead our TikTok Affiliate Program division. You will drive business strategy, oversee a small team including two Team Leaders and a Data Engineer, and develop operational systems to optimize performance.

You will build KPI dashboards, GMV forecasting templates, and budget monitoring tools, while ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, reported clearly, and aligned with divisional goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate, MCN, KOL Agency, or Live Commerce.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience, leading teams of at least 10 people.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Partner Center and Seller Center, including Matchmaking, Target Collaboration Links, and GMV analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboards.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

• Set monthly team targets aligned with divisional objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and team development.
• Coordinate recruitment needs with HR and support employee retention.
• Develop SOPs, KPI frameworks, dashboards, GMV forecasting templates, and budget monitoring tools.
• Oversee end-to-end affiliate campaigns for brand clients and report results.
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and negotiations to secure new business.
