Tec-Do is seeking a dedicated KOL/Affiliate Manager to identify and engage key influencers for brand campaigns across TikTok and other platforms. You will manage campaigns from outreach to execution, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and audience targets.

You will analyze performance data, build ongoing relationships with top creators, and negotiate terms to maximize engagement and conversions while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in KOL/Affiliate management or influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required (Chinese is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media trends.

Aufgaben

• Identify and list potential KOLs and Affiliates for campaigns.
• Manage and execute campaigns with KOLs and Affiliates, focusing on platforms such as TikTok.
• Perform daily quality checks on Affiliate videos to ensure they meet brand standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs and Affiliates.
• Track KOL and Affiliate performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign results.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights based on engagement and conversions.
• Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs.
• Collaborate with KOLs to create content that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
