Job summary

Evolene Indonesia, part of EVO GROUP, is seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing lead to accelerate TikTok Shop performance and revenue. You will recruit and activate top affiliates, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and KOL teams to craft high-converting content and targeted creator strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing, TikTok Shop, Creator Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Affiliate at meaningful scale.
• Experience with a brand generating IDR 2B+ affiliate sales per month.
• Strong network and experience working with MCNs.
• Able to analyze affiliate and sales performance data.
• Experience leading an Affiliate Team is preferred for SPV candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Affiliate sales performance: build strategies to grow GMV and revenue, prioritize SKUs, campaigns, and creator segments, and improve conversion.
• Recruit and activate high-potential affiliates, and move them from registered → active → productive → top performer.
• Work with Digital Marketing, Creative, and KOL teams to identify winning hooks, angles, formats, and creator archetypes, and build systems that help affiliates produce more high-converting content.
• Build and manage MCN partnerships: negotiate collaboration structures, commissions, and incentives, and evaluate MCN performance by revenue, creator productivity, and content output.
• Lead and develop the Affiliate Team (SPV level): set KPIs, coach team members, and strengthen processes for recruitment, activation, reporting, and creator management.
