Qualifications

• 2+ years in TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing or Creator Management.
• Experience scaling brands with at least IDR 2B+ affiliate sales per month.
• Experience managing 500+ active affiliates (highly preferred).
• Strong network with MCNs in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to sales and content performance.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Affiliate sales performance and growth strategies.
• Recruit and nurture affiliates through lifecycle: Registered → Active → Productive → Top Performer.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, and KOL teams to test hooks and formats.
• Lead MCN collaborations—negotiate structures, commissions, and incentives while tracking performance.
• Manage Affiliate team, establish KPIs, and refine creator management and reporting processes.
