Job summary
PT Wisata Dewa Tour & Travel seeks a supervisory leader to manage the ticketing operations for both domestic and international flights. The role requires steering a ticketing team, maintaining 24/7 service, and ensuring accurate booking, issuance, refunds, and reissues across complex airline processes.
The candidate will monitor productivity, quality, and SOP adherence, while arranging shifts and handling escalations.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Tourism, Management, or Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ticketing operations and ensure 24-hour service delivery in accordance with company standards
- Ensure booking, ticket issuance, reissue, refund, and reschedule processes are executed accurately
- Monitor productivity, service quality, and compliance with standard operating procedures
- Arrange work schedules and ensure adequate staffing for each shift
- Handle customer escalations and reservation issues requiring managerial decision-making
- Monitor sales transactions, daily reports, reconciliation, and identify potential losses from ticketing errors
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, sales teams, finance, and customer service departments
- Conduct team performance evaluations and provide training to improve service quality
