Job summary

Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented travel professional to process and issue airline tickets and related documentation. You will verify passenger details and stay current with ticketing rules, regulations, and fare changes. The role requires handling urgent cancellations and rebookings efficiently.

You will coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners and maintain accurate reservation records in our system. Shift work, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, and others).
• Ability to work under pressure especially during urgent situations.
• Detail-oriented and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue customer airline tickets and other travel documentation.
• Verify passenger information and ensure accuracy of ticketing details.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in ticketing procedures, fare rules, and travel regulations.
• Handle urgent cancellations, rebookings, and related issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve travel disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
