Job summary

ATI Business Group seeks a Senior Supervisor to lead its travel operations team across Flight Issuance, Reissuance, Refund Processing, and Customer Support. You will partner with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure service excellence for end customers and B2B travel agents.

Responsibilities

Lead Travel Consultant and Ticketing operations to meet SLAs, quality, and productivity goals.
Drive operational excellence across Flight Issuance, Reissuance, Refund Processing, and Customer Support via data-driven analysis.
Coach and manage Supervisors and team members to foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Serve as escalation point for complex travel, ticketing, and customer service issues with airlines and agents.
Oversee workforce planning, operational reporting, and business reviews for efficient service delivery.
