PT Pesona Mozaik, based in Jakarta Timur, is seeking a Staff Ticketing International and Domestic to join our hospitality and tourism operations team. This full-time role handles ticketing for international and domestic travel, providing accurate documentation and excellent guest service.

You will work with airline partners, manage bookings in our ticketing system, and ensure compliance with travel regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ticketing operations, travel booking, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic flight systems and booking procedures.
• Proficiency with ticketing software and computer reservation systems (GDS); Sabre is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service excellence with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and diplomatically
• Knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations
• Organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and guest needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; travel industry certification or further education is preferred

Responsabilités

• Process and manage ticket bookings for both international and domestic travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist guests with flight selections, pricing inquiries, and booking confirmations across various airlines and travel routes
• Issue tickets, itineraries, and travel documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Manage ticketing system software and maintain updated database information
• Coordinate with airline partners and travel providers to ensure accurate and timely ticket issuance
• Resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Provide accurate information about travel policies, visa requirements, and destination information
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection protocols
