Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred majors finance, marketing or economy; relevant experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings, meetings, and activity tools
• Coordinate cooperation and communication with bank personnel at branches; execute publicity to promote sales and hit targets
• Provide training to bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance
• Handle document distribution/collection and security services; assist with claims and after-sales services
• Report violations or risks; propose corrections or improvements promptly
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
• Follow regulator rules and company/regional/global regulations
• Adhere to business processes established by company/department
• Act in line with national laws and corporate ethics codes
• Uphold integrity; avoid false financial notes or information
• Maintain keen risk control and compliance mindset
