Job summary

Manulife is seeking a proactive professional to join our team as a Banking Insurance Partnerships Specialist. You will liaise with bank staff, promote sales, and deliver training on insurance demand planning and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze problems, work independently or in teams, and handle high pressure. Prior experience in insurance, banking, or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, marketing, and economy preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language skills and communication skills.
• Ability to observe, analyze and solve problems.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Hardworking and able to withstand high pressure.
• Experience in insurance, banking, and sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations and participate in trainings.
• Coordinate with bank staff and promote sales to hit targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company/regional/global rules.
• Follow internal operations processes and corporate ethics.
• Maintain risk control and compliance.
