Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; attend trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales activities.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales, product knowledge and compliance.
• Manage document distribution/collection and assist claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company/regional/global regulations.
• Follow business processes and uphold integrity and risk-control.
• Maintain awareness of risk and compliance in all activities.
