Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations, participate in trainings and meetings, and maintain activity records.
• Coordinate with bank staff at branch offices and promote sales through publicity activities.
• Provide training in insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose timely corrections.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Comply with regulator rules and company/regional/global regulations.
• Follow company processes and national laws; uphold integrity.
• Maintain a strong risk control and compliance mindset.
• Adhere to company and department rules.
