Our company is seeking a skilled Tender Administrator to coordinate bids for government and private sector projects. The role focuses on managing commercial and administrative tender documents, ensuring timely submissions, and maintaining strict compliance with procurement standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years’ experience in tender administration, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in tender/bid administration within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of government and private sector tendering processes.
• Experience with e-procurement portals like SAP Ariba, SMART by GEP, PTK 007.
• Experience preparing and managing commercial and administrative tender documents.
• Knowledge of vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tender management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines, plus team collaboration.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tender Administrator, Bid Administrator, Commercial Administrator, or similar role in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, or Industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process for government and private sector projects.
• Experience with tender portals such as SAP Ariba, SMART by GEP, PTK 007, or other e-procurement systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with preparing and managing commercial and administrative tender documents.
• Good understanding of vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
