Job summary

PT Daya5 Rekrutmen in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an organized Sales Support professional to ensure the completeness of sales documents and manage tender and proposal processes. You will coordinate the preparation of bids, contracts, and related materials to support business development and project acquisition.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to consulting or professional services firms being highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Business Development Support, Tender Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting a sales or business development team in managing tenders, proposals, contracts, and administrative processes.
• Prior exposure to a consulting firm, professional services firm, human resource services, learning & development, or human capital consulting industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and readiness of sales-related documents for business development and project acquisition activities.
• Prepare, organize, and manage tender documents, proposals, contracts, and other supporting documentation throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate administrative requirements for bidding and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor and track the status of tenders, bids, contracts, and other sales administration activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, correspondence, and administrative follow-ups related to client projects.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, administrative records, and business documentation.
• Manage filing systems and maintain proper documentation archives to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of records.
• Act as a key administrative liaison to support sales consultants and business development teams in pursuing new business opportunities and projects.
