Job summary

Advancedoffshore in Indonesia invites experienced tender professionals to join our team. You will coordinate bid submissions, gather documentation, and liaise with QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, and Crewing to ensure timely responses to RFQs in the oil and gas sector.

You should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, at least one year in oil & gas tendering, excellent English, and strong MS Office skills. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime as

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (S1).
• Experience in Oil & Gas tendering (min 1 year).
• Familiarity with BPMIGAS Tender Procurement Process / PTK 007.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
• Strong interpersonal communication and reliability.
• Willing to work independently and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and gather bid documents for tendering activities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Crewing, and others on tendering activities.
• Manage bid requirements across departments and respond to client queries.
• Collate tender information from online and past records for submission.
• Support Commercial Department in building client relationships.
• Monitor tender submission dates and ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure tender submissions meet client requirements.
• Prepare contracts, project estimates, and Bills of Quantities.

Job description

We are seeking to invite experienced professionals in tendering, able to respond and support customer inquiries, prepare tenders and RFQs for the tender of bid proposals to clients in the oil and gas industry located in Indonesia, incl. South East Asia Pacific.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female, working experience in Oil & Gas Company, min 1 year.
• Minimum S1 from a reputable university (Preferred Engineering Graduate).
• Must be familiar with BPMIGAS Tender Procurement Process Familiarity with PTK 007.
• Having an EXCELLENT command in the English language.
• Excellent with MS Office, internet, and computer skills.
• Having good interpersonal communication skills.
• Driven, Honest, Committed, Responsible, Multitasked, hard-working,must be willing to work independently, and willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate, plan, and gather bid submission documents for tendering/bidding activities, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications.
• Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
• Manage clients’ bid requirements within the various departments, such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Crewing / Personnel, etc. Collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication with Clients.
• Collate tender information and references from various sources, such as online, past records, which are needed for submission.
• Support the Commercial Department in developing good relationships with active and prospective associates/customers.
• Examine through incoming tenders and to note down tender details.
• To gather tender information and references from various sources.
• Monitor and ensure tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
• To ensure that tender submissions are standardized with the Client’s tender requirements.
• Preparation of contract, project estimate, and tender, monitoring estimates, including Bills of Quantities.
