Job summary

PT. Distributor Komponen Utama is seeking an experienced Tender Administrator to manage commercial and administrative tender processes for government and private sector projects in Indonesia.

You will oversee documentation, vendor prequalification, and submission timelines, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tender administration within oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, EPC, or related industries, strong English skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Tender Administrator, Bid Administrator, Commercial Administrator, or similar role in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, or Industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process for government and private sector projects.
• Experience with tender portals such as SAP Ariba, SMART by GEP, PTK 007, or other e-procurement systems.
• Familiar with preparing and managing commercial and administrative tender documents.
• Good understanding of vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
