Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 5+ years in mall leasing, commercial property, retail, or real estate industries, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on in tenant acquisition, leasing negotiation, space management, occupancy and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve mall occupancy, rental income, and commercial growth targets while maintaining an optimal tenant mix.
• Identify, approach, and acquire prospective tenants, brands, retailers, F&B operators, and other commercial partners that align with the mall's target market and positioning.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting, space offering, rental negotiation, commercial terms, lease coordination, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor and analyze occupancy, rental performance, vacant spaces, tenant performance, lease expiry, and leasing pipeline to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, prospective tenants, property agents, business partners, and internal stakeholders to improve tenant retention, leasing performance, and overall mall business growth.

About the Challenge

Do you have what it takes to drive mall occupancy, attract the right tenants, and maximize leasing performance while building a strong and sustainable tenant mix?

As a Tenant Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall leasing business of the mall, with a strong focus on tenant acquisition, leasing performance, occupancy, rental income, and tenant relationship management. You will develop and execute leasing strategies to attract prospective tenants, optimize available spaces, and ensure the mall maintains a competitive and commercially attractive tenant mix.

You will work closely with mall management, marketing, building operations, finance, legal, existing tenants, prospective tenants, property agents, and other stakeholders to maximize occupancy, strengthen tenant performance, and support the overall commercial growth of the mall.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, market understanding, analytical thinking, and relationship management, with hands‑on experience in mall leasing, property, retail, or commercial real estate.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mall leasing, commercial property, retail, real estate, or related industries, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong hands‑on experience in tenant acquisition, leasing negotiation, space management, occupancy management, and tenant relationship management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing leasing strategies, tenant mix planning, rental negotiations, and commercial business development to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, relationship management, and business development skills, with a strong commercial and result‑oriented mindset.
