Job summary

Summarecon Mall Makassar is seeking a Section Head of Leasing to lead leasing strategy and manage the mall's tenant mix and occupancy goals.

You will develop sourcing, negotiate terms, and oversee a small leasing team, aligning with commercial targets and partner relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in leasing or related fields, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Business Development, or related roles.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of leasing management, tenant mix, rental strategies, and negotiations.
• Ability to lead a team and build tenant relationships to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage the leasing process from tenant sourcing to lease finalization.
• Supervise and develop tenant relationships and monitor renewals.
• Coordinate leasing with internal departments for openings, renovations, renewals.
• Lead the leasing team and prepare occupancy and revenue reports.
