Job summary

PT Mettler Toledo Indonesia is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to grow our Industrial Division in East Java. You will develop new customers, manage existing accounts, identify sales opportunities, and provide technical consultation on METTLER TOLEDO solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least five years in industrial technical sales, with knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation, Physics) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in an industrial technical sales environment.
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in an industrial technical sales environment.
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel within Indonesia.
• Familiar with industrial customers in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Kediri.
