Role Description

The Telemarketing Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in West Java, Indonesia. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products, explain features and benefits, and drive sales opportunities. Daily activities include following up on leads, handling inquiries, providing basic product information, and accurately recording customer interactions in the system. The representative will collaborate closely with the sales team to support campaigns, meet individual and team sales targets, and maintain positive customer relationships. The role also involves adhering to company guidelines, using appropriate phone etiquette, and providing a professional and courteous customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, to handle inquiries and build long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to conduct clear, respectful, and persuasive conversations.
• Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals over the phone.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or call-tracking tools, and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Comfort working with targets and metrics, with the ability to manage time and call volumes efficiently.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in West Java, Indonesia, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
