PT. SOLID GROUP in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role.

You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present products and services, and work to close sales opportunities while maintaining high quality customer interactions. The position also handles basic customer support, provides product information, and participates in ongoing sales training to improve performance and meet targets in a fast-paced commodities trading

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries and build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and convey product benefits clearly.
• Solid sales skills, including negotiation and closing abilities, to achieve telesales targets.
• Training-related skills, such as openness to learning and applying new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or commodity trading is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.

Role Description

The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
