Job summary

Talent Insider in North Jakarta is seeking an energetic Telemarketing/Telesales professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires engaging prospects by phone, chat, meetings, and email, and presenting our solutions with confidence.

You will build relationships with new clients, organize events, negotiate pricing, and monitor sales performance while adhering to ethical telesales practices; a fast-paced, target-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience as sales (client acquisition) with min. 1 year experience in a telemarketing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Possess high integrity.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by telephone, face to face meeting, chat and email marketing.
• Identify prospects that fit the target and organize events that help grow client engagement.
• Use product knowledge to showcase solutions via product presentations.
• Negotiate price with clients who are interested in making orders.
• Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied.
• Create effective sales strategy, implementing and monitoring the performance of the strategy.
• Address and solve issues and propose framework to prevent recurring issues.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses on sales performance.
• Monitor and maintain ethics of telesales activities and customer handling to avoid mis-selling.
