Job summary

You will lead safety culture, oversee hygiene and NGMP compliance, manage production through standard routines, delegate tasks, and maintain dialogue with line teams, the Production Manager, maintenance, and unions to secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor (S-1) in Food Technology or Engineering.
• 2-5 years in a functional role in the food industry with experience in managing and motivating people.
• Ability to confront non-compliance effectively and maintain safety practices.
• Maintain a safe working environment through housekeeping and safety adherence.
• Ability to drive smooth operation through staff management and objective setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety culture and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Ensure semi-finished and finished goods are produced per quality standards and instructions.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant clean and operational working areas and installations.
• Manage production via operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate tasks, evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager, maintenance and unions.

• Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures
• Ensure that Semi Finish Good and Finished Goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
• Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
• Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results.
• Organizing & delegating assignments to the team members, assessing and evaluating the work performance of the teams
• Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)

What will make you successful

• Bachelor (S-1) Majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering
• 2-5 year experience in a functional role in Food industry - Having Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people
• Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance,
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.
• Ability to ensure smooth operation through effective staff management and deployment Ability to set effective and challenging objectives
