Nestlé Indonesia invites you to join as an Operations Shift Manager. You will deliver line objectives by empowering the team and ensuring the shift production plan is met on time and in compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs.

Lead the safety culture, enforce NGMP, coordinate with line shift teams, Production Manager, maintenance and unions to drive sustainable results.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in a functional role in the food industry.
• Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people.
• Ability to confront non-compliance constructively.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Ability to manage staff deployment and set objectives.

• Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures
• Ensure that Semi Finish Good and Finished Goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
• Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
• Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results.
• Organizing & delegating assignments to the team members, assessing and evaluating the work performance of the teams
• Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)

What will make you successful

• Bachelor (S-1) Majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering
• 2-5 year experience in a functional role in Food industry - Having Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people
• Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance,
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.
• Ability to ensure smooth operation through effective staff management and deployment Ability to set effective and challenging objectives
