Job summary

PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and manage the technical documentation for all devices, systems, and services under Project MS in Jakarta. You will ensure documentation aligns with company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include producing daily/weekly/monthly activity reports, coordinating with the Customer PIC, and supporting additional tasks from headquarters such as spare part delivery and document control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or System Information.
• Understanding of IP/Enterprise/SP network concepts; CCNA is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and commit to work.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.

• Develop and manage technical documentation for devices, systems, and services within Project MS.
• Support documentation requirements per company and customer standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Service Manager.
• Coordinate with Customer PIC on activity plans, schedules, and information delivery from headquarters.
• Assist with extra tasks from headquarters, such as spare part delivery and report document management.

Job description

Develop and manage technical documentation related to all devices, systems, and services within the scope of Project MS.

Support technical documentation requirements in accordance with standards set by the company and customers.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Service Manager.

Prepare work reports for each Corrective Maintenance visit approved by the Customer PIC.

Actively coordinate with the Customer PIC regarding activity plans, work schedules, and the delivery of information from headquarters.

Support the implementation of additional tasks assigned by headquarters, such as spare part delivery, report document management, and other supporting activities relevant to the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or System Information.
• Understanding of IP / Enterprise / SP Network Concepts: CCNA Certified Active (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and commitment to work.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
