Job description

Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, manuals, and other supporting documents.

Gather and organize information from developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Help translate technical information into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.

Assist in reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Update documentation based on feedback, product updates, and changes in system functionality.

Support documentation activities using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other documentation tools.

Participate in team discussions and meetings related to product and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Have an interest in technical writing, documentation, and technology.

Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

Able to explain or organize technical information in a clear and simple way.

Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Basic understanding of software development or application processes is a plus.

Willing to learn new tools, technologies, and documentation processes.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
