Job summary

Remote Freelance is seeking a Technical Writer to create high quality API and product documentation for our systems and internal processes. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and QA to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities include updating existing docs, establishing standards, and onboarding new joiners to product knowledge. Fluency in English and Indonesian is required, with a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience creating API documentation, user guides, system documentation, SOPs, or troubleshooting guides.
• Familiar with documentation & design tools such as Notion, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Figma or similar tools.

Ensure that all documents provide accurate information in a clear and understandable format

Review and update existing documentation based on product updates, system changes, and feedback from relevant teams

Requirements :

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation accuracy

Able to work independently, manage multiple documentation projects, and meet deadlines

Willingness to learn and understand new products, systems, and technical concepts
