Job summary

PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and manage the technical documentation for all devices, systems, and services under Project MS in Jakarta. You will ensure documentation aligns with company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include producing daily/weekly/monthly activity reports, coordinating with the Customer PIC, and supporting additional tasks from headquarters such as spare part delivery and document control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or System Information.
Understanding of IP/Enterprise/SP network concepts; CCNA is preferred.
Willingness to learn and commit to work.
Customer satisfaction oriented.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage technical documentation for devices, systems, and services within Project MS.
Support documentation requirements per company and customer standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Service Manager.
Coordinate with Customer PIC on activity plans, schedules, and information delivery from headquarters.
Assist with extra tasks from headquarters, such as spare part delivery and report document management.
