Job summary

Azura Labs in Semarang is looking for a Technical Writer to create clear and structured technical documentation for software projects. You will collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

• Strong technical writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
• Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, data integration, and SDLC.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear documentation.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Google Docs, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel for business trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Create system documentation, user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation.
• Document mobile app and web admin/dashboard workflows.
• Prepare documentation for data integration processes between mobile apps, backend services, and data warehouses.
• Support the creation of UAT documents, SOWs, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and PMs to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Review and maintain documentation as systems evolve.
