Job summary

PT Walden Global Services is seeking an IT Technical Writer to create and maintain SRS, FSD, TDD, software development docs, and user manuals. You will translate complex concepts into clear materials for both technical and non-technical audiences, collaborate with developers and analysts, and ensure accuracy across APIs and system integrations.

Onsite role in Jakarta requiring at least 2 years of experience and strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including SRS, FSD, TDD, software development documentation, and user manuals.
• Able to understand technical concepts, system architecture, workflows, and software development processes.
• Experienced in documenting APIs, system integrations, database structures, and application functionalities.
• Able to translate complex technical information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiar with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Have strong writing, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.

Job description

Minimum education: D3/S1 in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technical Writer or in a similar role.

Experienced in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), Software Development Documentation, and User Manuals.

Able to understand technical concepts, system architecture, workflows, and software development processes.

Experienced in documenting APIs, system integrations, database structures, and application functionalities.

Able to translate complex technical information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiar with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, or similar tools.

Have strong writing, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Able to collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.

Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.
