Job summary

Job description

Strong Writing Skills: Proficient in producing clear, well-structured, and easily understandable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and application features to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Technical Documentation Tools: Proficient in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown, MadCap Flare, and other tools commonly utilized for creating technical documentation.

Automation Testing: Familiarity with Automated Testing concepts and tools; prior experience in implementing Automated Testing is considered an advantage.

Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate, consistent, and comprehensive.

Project Management: Capable of managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

Experience with Agile Processes (Preferred): Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, enabling effective adaptation to iterative work environments.

Visual Communication Skills (Preferred): Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, or visual aids to effectively communicate technical concepts.

Job Description:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including API Documentation, System Specifications, User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents, and User Manuals.

Develop user guides and tutorials for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with developers and project managers to gather information and ensure documentation reflects the latest system updates.

Produce well-structured API documentation for internal and external developers.

Review and update documentation to align with system enhancements and new releases.

Participate in application testing to better understand user interactions and improve documentation quality.
