Job summary

PT Portavera Archi Sistem is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support specialist to understand product specifications, applications, and installation requirements. You will guide customers and Sales, review drawings, and assist with project coordination on-site.

Responsibilities include providing technical information, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and staying updated with new products and installation methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma, Bachelor in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related technical field.
• Experience in Technical Support, Site Support, or Project Coordination is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

• Support Marketing by ensuring technical information used in marketing materials is accurate.
• Keep updated with new products, systems, installation methods, and industry developments.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Vocational School, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in Technical Support, Site Support, Project Coordination, or a related position is preferred.
• Able to understand technical drawings, measurements, and product specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and able to explain technical information clearly.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on project sites.
• Willing to conduct site visits when required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic technical documentation tools.
• Experience in architectural hardware, door and window systems, furniture hardware, building materials, architecture, interior design, construction, technical drawings, product installation, or project coordination will be an advantage.
