Job summary

PT Kendali Bumi Semesta in Jakarta is seeking an Architect/Architectural Technician with a Bachelor in Architecture and 1–2 years of experience to produce technical drawings and shop drawings for fit-out and buildings.

You will work with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams, update drawings for design changes, ensure codes and standards, visit sites, and maintain as-built documentation while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture
• 1–2 years experience in architecture/engineering fields
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; able to create 3D visuals and shop drawings
• Knowledge of engineering design process and construction drawings including MEP, structure, interior
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, work independently or with team
• Strong communication and design sense, willing to visit construction sites

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints based on project specs and architect/engineer instructions
• Update drawings to reflect design changes and revisions
• Create shop drawings for contractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes and industry standards
• Willing to visit construction sites and maintain documentation including as-built drawings

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture

Minimum 1-2 years experience

Skilled in autocad, sketch up, 3D image/vray, powerpoint, photoshop, survey & site measurement

Posses knowledge of engineering design process

Having excellent knowledge of structure, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings and making BOQ

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Adaptable in any situation, able to work effectively and independently

Able to work with the office team and site supervisor team, good communication skill

Have a keen eye and good taste in design and aesthetic

Have a good sense and creativity to solve a problem

Ready to work for a long time with an employment agreement

Job Descriptions :
