Pangkat Dua invites an experienced Interior Project Coordinator to join our Jakarta team. You will be hands-on on site, turning drawings, budgets, materials, and manpower into a fully realized interior project while collaborating with clients and workshop staff.
You will read and review working drawings and specifications, calculate material quantities, manage BOQ/RAB, and supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
We're looking for an experienced Interior Project Coordinator who is strong in technical execution, comfortable working on-site, and knows how to turn drawings, budgets, materials, and manpower into a well-executed project.
This role is for someone who doesn't just coordinate from behind a desk. You'll be hands-on on site, working closely with clients, project teams, vendors, workers, and our workshop to make sure the project moves from plan to reality.
Coordinate and oversee interior project execution on site
Read and review working drawings, details, specifications, and site conditions
Calculate material quantities and manpower requirements
Prepare and review RAB, BOQ, and material take-off
Coordinate and direct workers, subcontractors, and vendors on site
Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, and lead time
Submit material and purchasing requirements
Coordinate fabrication and installation with internal or external workshop
Communicate directly with clients regarding requirements/needs, site, technical, and execution matters
Coordinate closely with Project Manager, Site Manager, Design Team, Procurement, Workshop, and other internal teams
Monitor project progress, quality, material usage, and site issues
Identify problems early and work out practical solutions
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior construction, fit-out, renovation, or related projects
Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related educational background is preferred
Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, fabrication, and installation
Able to read and interpret technical, working, and shop drawings
Experienced in RAB, BOQ, material calculation, and site measurement
Experienced in handling workers, subcontractors, and vendors
Strong communication and coordination skills, including direct client handling
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
Problem solver, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions on site
Willing to work full-time on project sites in Jakarta
We're looking for someone who can think technically, communicate clearly, and execute on the ground.
Someone who sees a problem on site and thinks, "Okay, how do we solve this?" instead of "This isn't my job."
