Job summary

PT Portavera Archi Sistem is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support specialist to understand product specifications, applications, and installation requirements. You will guide customers and Sales, review drawings, and assist with project coordination on-site.

Responsibilities include providing technical information, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and staying updated with new products and installation methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma, Bachelor in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related technical field.
• Experience in Technical Support, Site Support, or Project Coordination is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical information and product guidance to customers and Sales.
• Understand product specs, functions, applications, and installation requirements.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer and project needs.
• Review technical drawings and specifications when required.
• Assist Sales in preparing technical proposals and product selections.
• Provide installation guidance and technical support before, during, and after installation.
• Conduct site visits to inspect conditions, take measurements, and assist with issues.
• Troubleshoot product or installation problems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers or principals for technical questions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and installation guides.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training when needed.
• Support Marketing by ensuring accurate technical information in materials.
• Keep updated with new products, systems, and industry developments.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
