Job summary

PT Vienna Lux Cooperation in Bali, Indonesia, seeks an Architectural Drafter to prepare, revise, and develop drawings from Design Development through Detailed Engineering Design. You will produce plans, sections, elevations, and details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specs.

Responsibilities include handling revisions, document control, and collaborating with Architects/Engineers. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is expected, with AI tools approved by the Company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, drafting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a drafter or architectural drafter.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and detailing.
• Basic knowledge of building construction methods and materials.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare, revise, and develop architectural drawings and technical documentation from DD through DED.
• Produce architectural plans, layouts, sections, elevations, details, and construction drawings.
• Implement design directions, mark-ups, and instructions from Architects and Engineers.
• Produce 3D models and renderings to support design reviews and client presentations.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, codes, and project specs.
• Verify drawing accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and technical information before submission.
• Manage drawing revisions, document control, and version updates.
• Proactively clarify unclear information with the project team to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Support project documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (if applicable), and AI productivity tools approved by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, Technical Drawing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and basic construction detailing.
