Job summary

PT Newtech Machinery Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive for Food Processing Machine to join our North Jakarta team. You will bridge technical expertise with client needs through consultative selling and in-depth product knowledge.

This role is based in North Jakarta and involves identifying opportunities, presenting proposals, and driving revenue growth. You will work with engineering and after-sales teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction, while exhibiting

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
Proven sales experience in machinery or related technical sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and pursue new sales opportunities in the machinery sector.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Provide expert technical advice on machinery specifications and applications.
Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client queries.
Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability targets.
Track and report on sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
Attend industry events to generate leads and raise company profile.
Support the after-sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
