Job summary

PT Total Fluid Control is expanding its Jabodetabek team and seeks a Sales Engineer who combines technical expertise with sales acumen. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and support the sales process with technical knowledge, while building strong client relationships in the industrial fluid control sector.

The role requires visiting customer sites, understanding ISO standards, and leveraging CAD/technical drawing interpretation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical sciences, or related field or equivalent experience.
Proven sales engineer or technical sales experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of fluid control systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the industrial sector using technical insight.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Provide technical support to the sales team during proposals and negotiations.
Conduct site visits and assess facilities to propose fluid control solutions.
Maintain product knowledge and monitor industry trends and competitors.
Prepare specifications, quotations, and proposals tailored to customers.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement solutions.
Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
