Job summary
PT Hydac Technology Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer for Industrial & Manufacturing to drive technical sales and project-based engagements across Indonesia. You will engage with manufacturing sectors, power generation, and other industrial clients, leveraging your engineering background to tailor hydraulic and filtration solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering with GPA min 2.8
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales in Industrial / Manufacturing Industry
- Proven sales record and experience, handling project sales is an advantage
- Extensive Industrial network in East Jakarta, Cikarang, Karawang, and West Java area; other areas in Indonesia is an advantage
- Strong background with understanding of business, industry, customers, agents, and relevant financial & legal aspects
- Good knowledge in filtration and hydraulics products
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good computer, technical, and analytical skills
- Comfortable in English; other languages are an advantage
- Willing to travel extensively to project sites
Responsibilities
- Conduct Engineering/Technical Sales activities and provide Consultative Selling
- Hands-on system solutions selling for all Industries - Manufacturing & Production, Power Generation, and other Industrials
- Spearhead the sales effort, build pipeline, perform sales cycle and negotiation process to ensure high success rate with efficient contracts/optimized profit
- Be an active player in development of new business and follow route map for existing portfolios
- Provide solutions and monitor customer complaint handling processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reports to Sales Manager, liaising with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth solutions delivery
- Support in following-up customers' payments to ensure healthy accounts receivable
