Job summary

PT Tata Sarana Mandiri (TSM Technologies) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead project planning, risk management, and customer satisfaction across embedded systems and IoT initiatives.

You will coordinate hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams, drive NPD and sustaining projects, and ensure milestones, budgets, and change requests are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in embedded systems, electronics, IoT, or manufacturing.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing customer-facing projects.
• Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) and product development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, communicate effectively with international customers.
• Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and project activities when required.
